6. Account Deletion & Data Retention Policy
Account Data While Active

Your account data is stored only while your account is active.

This includes profile information required to use the app.
Chat & Communication Data

Chat messages are not permanently stored and are automatically deleted after a match ends or within 24 hours.

Voice messages are deleted immediately after delivery.

Account Deletion

When you request permanent account deletion:

You will be immediately logged out.

You will no longer be able to access your account.

Account recovery is not possible after deletion.

Data Retention After Deletion

After account deletion, some data may be temporarily retained for up to 90 days only for the following purposes:

Legal compliance and law-enforcement requests

Financial reconciliation (pending withdrawals, refunds, tax reporting)

Fraud prevention and dispute resolution

Preventing abuse or misuse of the platform

Data retained during this period may include:
